What barcode types does the Information Kiosk support?
It reads all common 1D symbologies (UPC/EAN, Code 128, Code 39, Interleaved 2 of 5, GS1 DataBar and more) and 2D codes including QR Code, Micro QR, Data Matrix, PDF417 and Aztec.
Do you support OEM customization on the Information Kiosk?
Yes. As the manufacturer we support enclosure branding, interface and firmware configuration, and module-level customization. MOQ starts from 1 unit.
What warranty applies to the Information Kiosk?
All ZSI products carry a 24-month warranty from the shipment date, with free accessory replacement within the warranty period and 7×24 technical support.
How does the queue management machine work?
Visitors scan an appointment code or take a printed ticket; the kiosk connects to your queue management software to assign numbers and call them at counters. ZSI integrates with your system over the network.
Can we brand the kiosk with our corporate identity?
Yes. Enclosure color, logo, start-up screen and software UI are all customizable on OEM/ODM orders.
